1. What types of meals do you offer in the tiffin service?

Veg & Non-Veg Bento Meals (pre-set).

Daily menu alerts are sent via email for students to confirm their orders.
2. Can I customize my meal plan?

Yes, on special request (subject to approval).

Allergens/dislikes can be excluded if informed in advance.

No Onion/Garlic meal options are available.
3. Can I choose my meals?

Meals are pre-set.
4. How is the food packaged?

Food-grade, disposable plastic bento boxes.

5. When & how is the food delivered?

Delivered 5 times a week to specified addresses (Currently Tamarind Hall, Hall 8, and Hall 5 only).

Lunch: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM (coming soon).

Dinner: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM (currently available).
6. Will you deliver lunch or expand to other locations?

Yes, lunch delivery is in progress and will begin once minimum orders are met. Expansion to other locations is also planned. Updates will be shared in the group once confirmed.

$8 per meal + $1 delivery charge.

8. How do I make payment?

Payments are accepted via PayNow through the website.

9. How do I order?

Subscribe to a package or order an ad-hoc meal to try it out.

Receive daily email alerts for the next day's dinner menu, and log in to the website to confirm your order.
10. Is there a commitment or contract?

There is a minimum commitment of 10 meals.
11. Are there penalties for skipping or cancelling?

There are no penalties if you cancel before 9:30 AM on the day of delivery via WhatsApp.

Cancellations after 9:30 AM cannot be accepted. You may either forfeit the meal or pass it to another student (please inform us of the name to write on the bento box).
